Improving competencies of the staff of Development Bank of Ethiopia in assessment of loans for the horticulture sector14 May 2013During 2012 Rabo Development and the Development Band of Ethiopia have worked together in a capacity building project, financed by the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs via the Green Farming program. During Hortiflora Ethiopia 2013 the closing workshop was organised in Addis Ababa during which experiences gained during the project where shared with the sector and other banks.
